From BersPro to BASIX
Inputting data into the BASIX portal can be a challenge.
I built a spreadsheet to interpret the building element details summary quickly for entry into the planning portal.
Diversion in place.
The way the multi unit or dual occupancy BASIX is presented leads a lot of first time readers to believe a divertor is required. It is actually saying if one is required, it should be on the plans and on the BASIX itself. It is only the case if the box next to the WELS star ratings of fittings is selected.
